Job Description:
This is a brush (刷毛 hake) product finishing, inspection, and packing role at a manufacturing facility in Gyoda City, Saitama, a 14-minute walk from Mochida Station. Work involves placing brush products into a dedicated machine and pressing a button to cut them to size, visually inspecting finished products for defects, and boxing inspected items for dispatch. Each step follows a set procedure and is straightforward to learn; no prior manufacturing experience is needed. The workplace is air-conditioned year-round for comfortable working conditions. Two shift start options are available: 08:30 or 09:00, both finishing at 17:10; weekends and public holidays are off. Minimum frequency is negotiable down to 1 day per week. A daily payment (日払い hibarai) and advance payment (前払い maewatashi) system are both available under company rules. Car commuting is permitted.
