Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen role at Marugame Seimen Heguri, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant in Nara Prefecture. Duties are divided into clear positions so each task is manageable on its own — ideal whether you enjoy cooking, serving guests, or keeping the space tidy. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and a step-by-step manual are provided, so no prior experience is needed and career gaps are welcome. A flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) lets you submit weekly availability, making it easy to balance family, study, or a second job. Weekend and holiday wages are higher than weekday rates (土日祝給与UP). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. Car and motorbike commuting is permitted and petrol costs are reimbursed under company rules. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Wage:
