Job Description:

This is a product inspection and cardboard replenishment role at an ice cream factory in Takasaki, Gunma, operated under contract by Konoike Transport. Work involves checking ice cream products for defects in appearance and packaging, and loading cardboard sheets into packing machines on a rotation basis. All tasks take place in a clean room (クリーンルーム) with full air conditioning — comfortable year-round with no heavy lifting required. Shifts rotate weekly across three patterns: day, evening/overnight, and night, so applicants should be comfortable working all three rotations. A staff canteen operates through the night so warm meals are available at any hour. Pay is available as daily payment (日払い hibarai) or advance payment (前払い maebarai) under company rules. Promotion to full-time employment is available after six months.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (22:00-05:00): 1,875円/hr (statutory deep-night premium at 1,500 x 1.25). Overtime paid at statutory rates (night shift pattern includes approx. 3 hours overtime).
