Job Description:

This is a kitchen assistant role at a care facility (有料老人ホーム), preparing and serving meals for residents including cutting ingredients, simple cooking, plating, and machine dishwashing (皿洗い saraarai). Staff work collaboratively each day, dividing tasks and preparing lunch together; newcomers follow senior staff instructions until comfortable with the workflow. Short shifts and flexible scheduling are available — popular with parents working around nursery school drop-off and pick-up times. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available under company rules, and an advance payment (前払い maebarai) system allows wages to be accessed as early as two days after shifts are logged.
