Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Ringer Hut Saga Imari, a chanpon and sara-udon chain restaurant well known across Japan for using 100% domestic vegetables and wheat. Kitchen tasks are highly systematised — stir-frying and noodle boiling are handled by machine, and pre-cut vegetables and pre-mixed seasoning are provided, so no professional cooking experience is needed. Hall duties include register operation (レジ reji), order confirmation, food service, and table cleaning; kitchen duties include light cooking, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning. Shifts start from just one day a week and 3 hours per day; weekend-only and weekday-only arrangements are welcome. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) allows up to 70% of earned wages to be accessed from the next day via app (applicable from 1 month after joining). Weekend and public holiday shifts earn an extra 50 yen per hour, and late-night shifts from 22:00 carry a 25% premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Hair colour in natural shades (black, brown, blonde) is permitted; inner colours are allowed if tied up.

Wage:

1,050円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday bonus: +50円/hour. Late-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00: base x 1.25 = 1,313円. Salary increase twice yearly (average 5-250 yen per review, July and January).
