Job Description:

This is a cleaning staff role at Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotel Kinugawa Goen, a large hot spring resort hotel in Nikko, Tochigi, covering the Kinugawa Onsen area. Duties include vacuuming and wiping down shared indoor spaces, cleaning the large communal baths and restrooms, restocking amenities, and checking for lost property. The work is well-suited to those who prefer working independently at their own pace without customer interaction. Shifts range from morning to evening within 08:00-21:00 and can be arranged to suit your schedule; as little as 4 hours a day and 2 days a week is fine. Hair colour, hair style, piercings, and nail art are permitted subject to on-shift guidelines — the company has actively relaxed its appearance policy in recent years. No resume is required to apply, and same-day starts after hiring are possible.

Wage:

1,068円 (per hour) Rate may increase based on experience and ability. Training period (2 months): same rate (1,068円 or above). Salary increase available at any time (随時昇給).
