Job Description:

This is a kitchen support role at Ramen-ya Ichiban-tei Shimodate store, a ramen restaurant in Chikusei, Ibaraki, assisting the cooking team with dishwashing, light prep, plating, and kitchen tidying. No difficult cooking is involved — beginners and first-time part-timers are actively welcomed, with a full manual and training programme from day one. Shifts can be as short as 3 hours from just one day a week, making it easy to fit around school, family, or a second job. Sunday and public holiday shifts earn an additional 50 yen per hour (日祝手当 nichishu-teate). Hair colour and style are unrestricted; no resume is required to apply.
