Job Description:

This is a light inspection and packing role at a plastic container factory in Joso, Ibaraki, producing food containers such as convenience store bento boxes and dessert cups. Tasks include visual defect checking of containers, packing, and applying labels to packaging bags — all lightweight plastic items with minimal physical strain. The shift pattern rotates weekly between a day shift (07:00-16:00) and an overnight shift (16:00-01:00), alternating each week from Monday to Friday with weekends off. The night-shift week earns a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% on hours worked from 22:00, making consistent high monthly earnings of 300,000-320,000 yen possible. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available under company rules. No resume is required; WEB registration is possible from a smartphone.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate) 22:00-05:00: base x 1.25 = 1,875円. Overtime on night-shift week may bring rate up to approx. 2,250円. Monthly income estimate: 300,000-320,000 yen. Overtime approx. 10 hours per month.
