Job Description:

This is a counter and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Furukawa Nakajima store, a well-known udon chain restaurant in Osaki, Miyagi, where staff handle both open-kitchen cooking and customer service. Duties include taking orders at the counter, cooking udon to order in front of customers, frying tempura, preparing rice dishes such as inari, running the register, and working the dishwashing station. Full training is provided from day one with detailed recipe guides — no cooking or hospitality experience is needed to start. Shifts are available across the full day from 08:30 to 22:30; Friday and Saturday shifts can run until midnight, and hours from 22:00 are for staff aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 25% deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Minimum contract period is 3 months, and hair colour and style are unrestricted.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00: base x 1.25 = 1,375円. Training period: same rate. Salary increase system available (昇給 shoukyuu).
