Job Description:
This is a general convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Katsuragi Oshiumi store, located along National Route 24 on the border of Katsuragi City and Gose City in Nara. Duties cover register operation (レジ reji), product restocking, and store cleaning; experienced staff may also take on product ordering and floor display in time. The store is actively recruiting for evening (17:00-22:00) and overnight (22:00-06:00/07:00) shifts in particular; the night shift starts at 22:00 and carries the statutory deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi). Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 90-day training period applies at the same hourly rate. FamilyMart's SST (Store Staff Training) system provides structured step-by-step guidance for complete beginners.
