Job Description:

This is a fruit juice shop staff role at Kajukoubo Karin Keyaki Walk Maebashi store, a fresh-to-order fruit juice brand located on the first floor of Keyaki Walk Maebashi shopping centre in Maebashi, Gunma. Duties include register operation and customer service, preparing and serving made-to-order fruit juices, fruit preparation and cutting, and store cleaning. The shop operates a buy-to-order system using carefully selected ripe fruit, making freshness and quality central to the role. Shifts are available across morning, midday, and evening slots from just 3 hours a day and 2 days a week; weekend-only and weekday-only arrangements are welcome. Weekend and public holiday shifts from 13:00 earn an additional 50 yen per hour. A performance-based grade system means salary increases are tied directly to skill development and effort, reviewed annually. Training period of 200 hours applies at a slightly lower rate (1,065円-1,115円), with the rate adjusted based on progress.
