Job Description:
This is a general convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Higashi-Kannondo-machi store, a community-focused store in Hiroshima's Nishi ward close to the Hiroshima Electric Railway tram line. Duties cover register operation (レジ reji), product ordering, floor display, and store cleaning; the store currently has urgent openings for afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts. Short shifts from 2-3 hours and from 2 days a week are available; days and hours are negotiable with the store. The overnight shift (22:00-07:00) carries the statutory deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) at 1,356円/hour and is currently open to experienced staff only. Late-night shifts (22:00 onwards) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 30-day training period applies at the same hourly rate.
