This is a salmon processing and packing role at a food facility in Itami, Hyogo, handling sliced salmon fillets through weighing, tray packing, wrapping, foreign object inspection, and slicer operation. The work follows a fixed line process and is well-suited to those who enjoy focused, repetitive tasks — no prior food industry experience is required and full training is provided from day one. Staff aged 20-40 are the primary active group; the workplace has a 5-day weekly schedule with Thursdays and one other day off. An advance payment system (即払い sokubara) allows a portion of earned wages to be accessed on a per-day basis, with funds available in as little as 5 days (company rules apply).
