Job Description:

This is a fruit juice shop staff role at Kajukoubo Karin Ion Mall Hanyu store, a fresh-to-order fruit juice brand on the first floor of Aeon Mall Hanyu in Saitama. Duties include register operation and customer service, preparing made-to-order fruit juices (fruit goes into a dedicated blender with fixed measurements — no chance of error), fruit preparation and cutting, and store cleaning. The store is actively recruiting for afternoon and evening shifts; weekday-only applicants must be available for late shifts starting from 13:30 or later. Weekend and public holiday shifts earn an additional 50 yen per hour, and weekends from 09:00 are also available. Shifts can be as short as 3 hours from just 2 days a week, making it easy to balance with school, family, or a second job. A 200-hour training period applies at a slightly lower rate, with progression based on skill and grade assessments reviewed annually.

Wage:

1,155円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday bonus: +50円/hour. Training period (200 hours, rate varies by progress): 1,145円-1,195円. Rate may reach 1,205円 based on skill grade. Salary increase via annual performance grade review.
