Job Description:
This is a cosmetics and daily goods picking and packing role at a large distribution warehouse in Nagaokakyo, Kyoto, handling products destined for drug stores — popular skincare, makeup, and household items that are light and easy to carry. Tasks use a handheld scanner: scan the barcode, follow the device's instructions to locate the item and pick the stated quantity, then sort and pack by delivery destination — no guesswork involved, and no heavy lifting beyond liquid detergents. Two shift start times are available (09:00 or 10:00), each running approximately 7 hours; a shorter option starting at 13:00 is also available for those on a 5-day week. Overtime is optional and confirmed each day at the start of the shift, giving flexibility to adjust to your own schedule. Hair colour, nail art, piercings, and casual dress are all welcome — one of the most appearance-flexible warehouses in the area. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available (company rules apply); minimum contract 3 months.
Wage:
1,220円 (per hour)
Overtime rate (実働8時間超 warimashi): 1,525円 (base x 1.25). Monthly income example: approx. 187,880 yen (1,220 yen x 7h x 22 days) plus transport. Overtime available and optional daily.
