Job Description:
This is a kitchen support role at Murasakino Wakuden, a popular Japanese restaurant (丼と麺 domburi and noodle speciality) located inside Kyoto Station, working as part of a team of around 8 kitchen staff under the direction of the head chef. Duties include simple cooking assistance and plating — no high-level culinary skills are needed as the head chef directs each task and 3-4 staff work together on shared preparations. Previous experience in supermarket deli, cafe kitchen, or fast food kitchen is welcome; career returners are also encouraged to apply. Two shift patterns are available: morning-to-afternoon (09:00-18:00) and afternoon-to-evening (13:00-22:00), with weekends and public holidays included in the rotation. The station-inside location is busy but the restaurant atmosphere is calm, and new staff are never left to work alone.
Wage:
1,470円 (per hour)
Rate may reach 1,500円 based on experience. Monthly income example: approx. 246,960 yen (1,470 yen x 8h x 21 days) plus full transport allowance.
