Job Description:

This is a construction parts warehouse role in Shinagawa, Tokyo, covering picking, storage, boxing and packing, PC data entry, and shipping label issuance using a handheld scanner and trolley. Basic PC input skills are sufficient — no advanced systems knowledge is needed; prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not a strict requirement. The dispatch agency actively supports direct hire transitions at the destination company for motivated staff who wish to convert to permanent employment. The shift runs 08:30-17:30 on weekdays with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off; overtime is minimal and evenings are free. Staff meals are available on-site (社員食堂 shain-shokudo). An advance payment system (即払い sokubara) allows a portion of earned wages to be accessed in as little as 5 days (company rules apply). Minimum contract period is 3 months; no daily or short-term placements (under 30 days) available.
