Job Description:

This is a residential condominium caretaker and cleaning role in Aobadai, Meguro, Tokyo, 5 minutes on foot from Shinsen Station on the Keio Inokashira Line. Duties follow a set daily routine: morning building rounds and rubbish collection, cleaning of shared spaces (entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, rubbish area), handling resident and visitor enquiries at the front desk, and afternoon cleaning of post boxes, elevators, and car park followed by a log entry and next-day preparation. The role suits those who enjoy working steadily at their own pace with a balanced mix of solo cleaning and brief resident interaction — feedback from current staff highlights the low-stress, rhythmic nature of the work. Work runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with Wednesday and Sunday fixed off; some Saturdays are also rest days.
