Job Description:
This is a general convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Sakai Municipal General Medical Center store, located inside Sakai City's main hospital in Nishi ward, Osaka, 7 minutes on foot from Tsukuno Station. The store was fully renovated in April 2024 and benefits from hospital-grade security and cleanliness; notably, toilet cleaning is not part of the role at this store. Duties cover register operation (レジ reji), product ordering, floor display, and store cleaning; the store is urgently recruiting for the early morning slot (05:00-09:00 / 08:00) with a minimum 3-hour continuous early shift from 05:00. Early morning shifts (05:00-07:00) carry an early morning allowance (早朝手当 souchou-teate) bringing the rate to 1,227円; late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) carry the statutory deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) at 1,472円 and are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 30-day training period applies at the same hourly rate. Social insurance is available for those meeting the eligibility hours.
