Job Description:

This is a residential condominium caretaker and cleaning role in Bunkyo's Suido district, Tokyo, 5 minutes on foot from Edogawabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line. The shift is a compact 07:30-11:00 (3.5 hours, no break), finishing before midday on Tuesday through Saturday with Monday and Sunday off — ideal for those seeking a structured morning routine that fits around other commitments. Duties include a morning building walkthrough and rubbish collection, shared-space cleaning (entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, rubbish area), resident enquiry handling, and a brief daily log. No prior property management or cleaning experience is needed; full training and manuals are provided and a senior colleague is always nearby to answer questions. From the 4th month, direct hire conversion to contract staff at 1,300円/hour is available, with employment continuing up to age 72.
