Job Description:

This is a paper bag inspection and packing role at a printing factory in Adachi ward, Tokyo, bundling machine-printed bags into sets of approximately 100 sheets secured with PP bands and wrapped for outbound shipment. The process is consistent and repetitive, well-suited to those who enjoy methodical work; senior staff provide full training and ongoing support so beginners can start with confidence. The shift runs 08:30-17:15 on weekdays with Saturdays, Sundays, and company-designated holidays off; overtime is optional and entirely at the staff member's discretion. The facility has air conditioning and an on-site cafeteria, and large national holiday periods are available. An advance payment system (即払い sokubara) allows a portion of earned wages to be accessed on a per-day basis, with funds available in as little as 5 days (company rules apply). Minimum contract period is 3 months; no daily or short-term placements (under 30 days) available.
