Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at a specialist oden restaurant in Tokyo Midtown Galleria B1F in Minato ward, directly connected to Roppongi Station on the Toei Oedo and Tokyo Metro Hibiya lines. The restaurant opened in 2024 and is known for its premium dashi broth made with carefully sourced ingredients; the lunch menu also features oden dashi beef bowls, curry, and other dashi-based dishes. Hall duties include order-taking and food service; kitchen duties include ingredient preparation (cutting etc.) and loading the dishwasher — no complex cooking skills are required. Shifts run across morning-to-afternoon (09:30-18:30) and midday-to-evening (12:30-21:30) patterns, 3-5 days per week including weekends. Free staff meals are provided every shift featuring the restaurant's healthy, dashi-based cuisine. Staff can also purchase the restaurant's dashi and seasonings at staff price.
Wage:
1,600円 (per hour)
Monthly income example: approx. 268,800 yen (1,600 yen x 8h x 21 days) plus full transport allowance.
