Job Description:
This is a general convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Nishi-Kasai Ekimae store in Edogawa ward, Tokyo, 5 minutes on foot from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tozai Line. The store manager particularly welcomes those who may feel anxious about starting a new job, and prides the store on being a reassuring, supportive environment to learn in. Duties cover register operation (レジ reji), product ordering, floor display, and store cleaning; shift options span morning, evening, and overnight including a deep-night slot from 22:00 and an overnight/early slot from 02:00-08:00. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) carry the statutory deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) at 1,533円/hour and are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Training period is 5 days at 1,226円; the standard rate of 1,230円 applies thereafter. Transportation allowance of up to 500 yen per shift is provided.
