Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Motoyoshi Bypass Store (ファミリーマート本吉バイパス店), located near the Motoyoshi Tsuriya interchange in Kesennuma, Miyagi. Tasks cover all general convenience store duties: register operation, product ordering, shelf stocking and display arrangement, and store cleaning. Four shift blocks are available across the full 24-hour day — morning (06:00-13:00), midday (12:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-07:00) — with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and just 2 days a week required. A 2-month training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at the same hourly rate. The store manager personally welcomes beginners and provides step-by-step guidance from the start, with a team atmosphere described as warm and cooperative.
