Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kofu Ichiba-nishi Store (ファミリーマート甲府市場西店), located just off the Kofu Ichiba-nishi intersection in Kofu, Yamanashi. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations: register and customer service, product stocking and display, ordering and inventory management, shelf labelling and POP placement, and store cleaning — a self-checkout system is also being introduced, so guiding customers through it will be part of the role. Three shift blocks cover the full day: daytime (08:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-08:00, overnight), with a minimum of 4 hours per shift. A 14-day training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at a slightly lower rate of 1,052 yen; the standard rate of 1,070 yen or above begins after that. An advance pay system (給与前払い kyuuyo-maebara) is available for those who need wages before the regular pay date.
