Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Gusto (ガスト) in Ota, Gunma, a family restaurant operated by the Skylark Group, just 3 minutes walk from Ota Station. Ordering, payment, and most delivery is handled by machines — including a cat-shaped delivery robot — so staff focus on welcoming guests, clearing tables, replenishing the drinks bar, and doing pre-serve checks on dishes. Kitchen work includes dishwashing and cooking assistance, with more advanced cooking taught as you gain confidence; a morning cleaning role (06:00-08:00) is also available for those who prefer early starts. A delivery role using a three-wheeled scooter (原付 genuki or standard licence required) is available with a +100 yen per hour supplement; an in-app navigation system handles routing automatically. Multiple shift blocks cover the full operating hours from 06:00 to 24:00, with a minimum of just 2 hours per shift and 1 day per week. An advance pay system (前給 maekyu) allows you to receive up to 70% of the previous day's earnings via smartphone the following day.
