This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Musashino Mori Coffee (むさしの森珈琲), a relaxed café brand operated by the Skylark Group, located in Okayama's Kita ward near Kitagase Station. The café is known for its hand-made pancakes and specialty coffee, with an emphasis on creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Hall work involves seating guests, serving food and drinks, taking orders by handy terminal, and handling payment — the register calculates automatically when you scan the bill. Kitchen work starts with dishwashing and cooking assistance, with more advanced cooking introduced as you gain confidence. Shifts run within the 08:00-22:00 window with a minimum of just 2 hours per shift and 1 day per week, making it easy to fit around childcare, school, or other commitments. An advance pay system (前給 maekyu) lets you receive up to 70% of the previous day's earnings the following day via smartphone.
