Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa (うなぎ四代目菊川), a Japanese eel restaurant on the 5th floor of Yokohama Bay Quarter, just 5 minutes walk from Yokohama Station. Work is divided by preference: hall staff handle seating, order confirmation, and payment in a calm, unhurried environment serving mainly business guests; kitchen staff assist with cooking, plating rice, miso soup, and side dishes, and dishwashing — no eel-grilling expertise is needed as the complex cooking is handled by permanent staff. The menu is deliberately compact, making it easy to learn quickly even for first-time food service workers. The main shift runs 17:00-22:00 with a minimum of 4 hours and 2 days per week; longer combined shifts (e.g. 10:00-15:00 plus 17:00-22:00) are also available for those who want to maximise earnings, with overtime supplement applying from the 9th hour onward. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 200 yen per meal — a rotating menu of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes — with up to 2 meals available on full-day shifts. A friend referral bonus of 15,000 yen per introduction applies.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Late-night supplement (深夜手当 shinya-teate): +25% from 22:00 (effective rate 1,625 yen or above for overtime hours). Salary increase system in place.
