Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kasukabe Chuo Ichome Store (ファミリーマート春日部中央一丁目店), located 5 minutes walk from Kasukabe Station on the Tobu Skytree Line in Saitama. Duties include register operation, product stocking and display, fried food preparation (Famichiki etc.), new product promotion, and store cleaning. Two shift blocks are currently being recruited: evening (17:00-22:00) and overnight (22:00-06:00) — both on a fixed weekly schedule, meaning you work the same days each week with no rotating days. The overnight shift is open to women and runs solo, so suits those comfortable with independent working; high school students are not permitted for the overnight slot. The store owner personally emphasises attitude over experience — enthusiasm and punctuality are prioritised over prior conveni background, and a step-up training system (ステップアップ制度) guides new staff through all tasks at their own pace. Staff meals are available per company rules. Shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are restricted to applicants aged 18 and over (Japanese labour law).

Wage:
