Job Description:

This is a condominium caretaker and cleaning role at a residential building in Shibaura, Minato ward, Tokyo, 4 minutes walk from Shibaura-futo Station on the Yurikamome line. The role combines light cleaning with basic building management: morning rounds and rubbish collection, cleaning the entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, bin areas, post boxes, lifts, and car park, handling resident and visitor enquiries at the front desk, and completing a daily log. Work is structured and predictable — a mix of quiet focused cleaning and occasional interaction with residents, giving a steady, unhurried pace that suits those who enjoy methodical work. The shift runs 08:00-16:00 with a 1-hour break, Monday to Friday only, with weekends and public holidays off; overtime is minimal.
