This is a condominium caretaker and cleaning role at a residential building in Sugamo, Toshima ward, Tokyo, accessible from Sugamo Station (8 minutes walk) and Otsuka Station (9 minutes walk). Duties include morning rounds and rubbish collection, cleaning the entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, and bin areas, handling resident and visitor enquiries at the front desk, and completing a brief daily log — all tasks that can be learned quickly from detailed manuals, with senior staff nearby to support you. The shift runs just 09:00-12:00 (3 hours, no break), Tuesday to Saturday, 4-5 days per week, with Mondays, Sundays, and public holidays off — a very short daytime commitment ideal for those balancing other responsibilities.
