Job Description:
Work as a cooking assistant at a residential care home (assisted living facility) in Komatsu, Ishikawa, preparing meals for residents under the guidance of experienced staff. Duties include cutting ingredients, simple cooking, plating dishes, and dishwashing using a machine — all tasks are divided among the team each day through discussion, making the workload manageable. Beginners and those returning to work after a career gap are welcome; you only need an interest in cooking to get started, and the pace of learning is entirely at your own level. Shift times are flexible and can be adjusted around childcare pick-up times, family schedules, or other commitments; short-hour shifts are available.
