Job Description:
Work as a convenience store staff member at FamilyMart Imai-Minamimachi-ten in Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki, an approachable store run by a friendly manager who prioritises a relaxed, supportive atmosphere for new starters. Duties cover the full range of combini (konbini) work: cashier service, shelf stocking and display, product ordering, and store cleaning. Three shift options are available — evening (16:00–22:00), overnight (22:00–06:00), and early morning (06:00–09:00) — starting from just 1–2 days per week. The overnight shift includes a statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) with wages rising to 1,531 yen/hour from 22:00. Foreign nationals and international students are actively welcomed; the store has a warm, multicultural team. A training period of 30 days applies with no change to the base wage.
