Job Description:

Work at FamilyMart Omiya Sashiogi-ten, a locally loved convenience store in Nishi-ku, Saitama, handling the full range of combini (konbini) duties in a friendly and approachable store run by a manager who builds schedules around each staff member's lifestyle. Shifts are available from early morning through to overnight, with a minimum of just 1 hour per shift and from 1 day per week, making this ideal for students, dual-job workers, and those with family commitments. An early-morning allowance applies from 06:00 to 09:00 (1,230 yen/hour), and a statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onwards. An advance pay system lets you receive earned wages before payday (conditions apply). A training period of 30 days applies with no change to the base wage.
