Hall duties start with serving drinks and clearing tables; kitchen duties cover cooking, plating, and dishwashing, with specific roles assigned based on your experience and aptitude. The restaurant is relatively new and has a flat, collaborative team dynamic — a good environment for those wanting to build skills in a fine-dining setting without a steep hierarchy. Two shift blocks are available: a lunch slot (10:00–15:00) and a dinner slot (17:00–22:00), each 5 hours with no overtime at standard rate. Advance payment (前払い maepayment) is available from earned wages (conditions apply), and transport costs are included in the stated hourly rate.
