Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Inousho (丸亀製麺院庄店), a popular udon restaurant chain in Tsuyama, Okayama, located along National Route 179 (Izumo Kaido). Duties cover hall service, kitchen cooking, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and udon and tempura preparation -- tasks are divided into clear roles so you can start from a position that suits you. Detailed training (研修 kenshuu) and complete recipe manuals are provided, making this a great first job or a smooth return after a career break. Shifts run across the window of 08:30 to 23:00 under a weekly flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei); weekday-only, weekend-only, and short-hour arrangements are all available. Working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,500 yen per hour. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth), and the family canteen system provides children of staff (age 15 and under) up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs reimbursed under company rules.
