Job Description:

Work at Komeda Coffee Hamamatsu Ekimachi West (コメダ珈琲店浜松駅エキマチウエスト店), a full-service kissaten (喫茶店 kissaten) café located inside the Hamamatsu Station complex. Hall staff handle customer seating (ご案内 goannai), order taking, food and drink service, and table clearing; kitchen staff prepare coffee and other drinks, toast, and the popular Shironoir dessert (シロノワール). Senior staff provide thorough on-the-job training (研修 kenshuu) -- no café experience is needed to get started. Shifts run across the 06:30 to 22:30 window under a negotiable shift system; morning availability is especially welcome, and a minimum of 4 hours per day and 3 days per week is required. A 100-hour training period applies at 1,100 yen per hour, rising to 1,200 yen (or 1,300 yen for full-time freeters) upon completion.
