Job Description:
Work at Kourakuen Oodaidori store (幸楽苑 大街道店), a ramen chain restaurant in Ishinomaki, Miyagi, where hair colour and nail style are freely allowed -- gold, pink, orange, and natural-toned nails are all welcome. Hall staff handle customer seating, order taking via tablet (タブレット注文), food and drink service, and automated cashier checkout (全自動レジ); kitchen staff handle dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using an automatic dishwasher, plus gyoza, fried rice, and noodle preparation assisted by automated cooking equipment. Shifts run across a window of 10:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 23:00 on weekends under a weekly flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) -- from 1 day and 3 hours per shift, weekend-only and weekday-only arrangements are all available. Working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,313 yen per hour; Sunday and public holiday shifts attract an additional 60 yen per hour bonus (conditions apply). An advance pay system (前給制度 zenkyuu-seido) lets partners receive wages already earned before the regular pay date (available from 2 months after joining). A staff meal deal (まかない makanai) gives you ramen plus gyoza or fried rice -- normally 1,410 yen -- for just 300 yen per shift (deducted from pay). Car commuting is permitted.
