Job Description:

Work at FamilyMart Sapporo Kita-nijushijo Ekimae store, located just 1 minute from Kita-24-jo Station on the Sapporo Subway Namboku Line -- a lively, friendly store led by a manager with 20 years of convenience store experience. Duties cover all general convenience store operations: cashier (レジ reji), shelf stocking, store display, and cleaning; product ordering is available once you are experienced. Multiple shift slots are available from early morning through to overnight, with a weekly shift request system and no forced scheduling -- the team genuinely works around your availability. The overnight shift (22:00-07:00) attracts a statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,350 yen per hour and is open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 90-day training period applies at 1,075 yen per hour (or 1,344 yen per hour for the overnight training slot); training is conducted in 5 to 10 sessions of 2 to 3 hours before joining the regular rota. Hair colour is free -- the store has a relaxed, no-pressure culture with no sales quotas.

Wage:

1,075円 (per hour) Post-training daytime rate (07:00-17:00): 1,100円/hr. Evening rate (17:00-22:00 and 05:00-07:00): 1,080円/hr. Deep-night rate (22:00-05:00): 1,350円/hr (statutory 25% premium).
