Work at Yoshinoya Route 4 Motomiya store (吉野家 4号線本宮店), a beef bowl fast-food restaurant in Motomiya, Fukushima, actively recruiting for lunchtime shifts and welcoming those returning to work after a career break. Hall (フロア furoaa) staff handle order taking, food service, and cashier duties including takeout; kitchen staff assist with beef bowl cooking and plating -- training starts on the hall floor and expands step by step over a 2-month period at the same rate. Shifts run across a 24-hour window (with lunchtime slots from 09:00-14:00 and 10:00-13:00 highlighted); as little as 3 hours per day and 2 days per week is fine, and scheduling is fully flexible around childcare and family commitments. An advance payment system (速払い hayabarai) lets you receive part of earned wages before the regular pay date (conditions apply).
