Work at Yoshinoya Route 42 Shingu store (吉野家 42号線新宮店), a stylish cafe-style Yoshinoya in Shingu, Wakayama, 4 minutes from Kiisano Station -- featuring a natural wood-toned interior, drink bar, and seasonal dessert menus alongside the usual beef bowl lineup. Hall (フロア furoaa) staff handle customer seating, order taking, food service, and cashier duties; kitchen staff assist with beef bowl cooking, plating, and prep work -- training starts on the hall floor and expands step by step over 2 months at the same rate. The store operates 24 hours; shifts are fully flexible from 3 hours per day and 2 days per week, with weekend availability especially welcome. Working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,563 yen per hour. An advance payment system (速払い hayabarai) lets you receive part of earned wages before the regular pay date (conditions apply).
