Job Description:

Work as a hotel room cleaner and bed maker at Zuihoen (瑞宝園), a quiet hot spring inn in Arima Onsen, Kobe, with a loyal repeat-guest clientele and a compact 26-room layout across 3 to 5 floors. The role starts with standard room cleaning -- bed making (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu), amenity restocking, and bathroom cleaning -- with a thorough 1 to 3 month training period; once experienced, you will gradually take on room final checks and support team coordination for a 4 to 7 person cleaning crew. The shift runs 09:00 to 15:00 (5 hours actual work with a 60-minute break), finishing by 15:00 every day so evenings are free for family and personal commitments. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 1,300 yen per hour (vs 1,150 yen on weekdays); a staff referral bonus of 30,000 yen (Happy Bonus) is also available after 6 months.
