Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Kawasaki Tsudayama store (丸亀製麺川崎津田山店), a popular udon restaurant in Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki, 4 minutes from Tsudayama Station, serving a mix of weekday office workers and weekend family groups. Hall and kitchen duties include customer greeting, udon cooking and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier (自動釣銭機 jido-tsurisen-ki), table clearing, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher -- tasks are divided into clear roles so you can start from a position that matches your strengths. Shifts run within an 08:30 to 18:00 window under a weekly flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei); from 1 day and 3 hours per shift, weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both available. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth), and the family canteen system provides children of staff (age 15 and under) up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals.
