Job Description:

Work at Katsuya Gyoda Sakuramachi store (かつや行田桜町店), a tonkatsu (とんかつ) chain restaurant in Gyoda, Saitama, 4 minutes from Higashi-Gyoda Station, actively recruiting for lunchtime shifts. Duties include food prep and stocking (仕込み shikomi), cooking assistance, bento box plating, food service, cashier, and dish sales -- prep-only shifts are also available, making this flexible enough for homemakers and students fitting work around busy schedules. Shifts run across morning, lunchtime, and evening windows (09:00-15:00, 17:00-23:00, or 09:00-00:00) with weekly shift submission; as little as 3 hours per day and 2 days per week is fine. A weekend and public holiday bonus of 50 yen per hour applies, and a special bonus of 10,000 yen is paid after 3 months of continuous service. A staff meal discount of 50% is available during shifts. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted.
