Job Description:

Work at Toridoru Tsurumi-ryokuchi store (とりどーる鶴見緑地店), a charcoal-grilled yakitori and Japanese family restaurant run by Toridoll Holdings in Tsurumi-ku, Osaka, along Prefectural Route 2. Hall staff handle customer greeting, cashier (タッチパネル式), and table clearing; kitchen staff skewer and grill yakitori over charcoal, prepare karaage (唐揚げ) and rice dishes, assist with food prep, and handle dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher -- all menus have full recipes, so no cooking experience is needed. Shifts run within a 09:00 to 23:30 window under a weekly flexible shift system (シフト制); from 1 day and 3 hours per shift, weekend-only arrangements are available. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 1,280 yen per hour; working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per shift (yakitori bowl, karaage set etc.), and the family canteen system provides children of staff (age 15 and under) up to 5,000 yen per month in free meals.
