Job Description:
Work as hall staff at Sumiyago-behei Kojiya store (炭屋五兵衛 糀谷店), a charcoal-grilled yakitori izakaya in Ota-ku, Tokyo, 3 minutes from Kojiya Station -- an OB/OG-friendly, stylish venue that has been used twice for TV drama filming. Duties include customer seating, order taking, food and drink service (配膳 haizen), table clearing, drink preparation, and salad plating; once comfortable, simple cooking assistance such as fried items is added at your own pace. Two shift slots are available: evening (②17:00-22:00 at 1,300円/hr) and late-night (①22:00-02:00 at 1,625円/hr); as little as 4 hours per day and 1 day per week is fine, with weekend and public holiday availability especially welcome. The 22:00-02:00 slot earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,625 yen per hour; this slot is open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) and daily payment (日払い hibarai) are both available. Hair colour, nail art, and piercings are all free as long as a clean, tidy appearance is maintained; free staff meals are provided by the store manager.
