Job Description:
Work at Marugame Seimen Adachi Iriya store (丸亀製麺足立入谷店), a popular udon restaurant in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, along Route 104, 2 minutes from the Iriyacho bus stop and 11 minutes from Toneri Station. Hall and kitchen duties include table clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), and udon, tempura, and rice dish cooking -- tasks are divided into clear roles so you can start from a position that suits your strengths, with weekly flexible shift requests. Opening hours vary by day: 08:30-22:00 weekdays, 08:30-24:00 Fridays, 08:00-24:00 Saturdays, and 08:00-22:00 Sundays and holidays; as little as 3 hours per day with weekday-only, weekend-only, and short-hour arrangements all available. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth), and the family canteen system provides children of staff (age 15 and under) up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs reimbursed under company rules.
