Job Description:

This is a kitchen assistant role in the hospital cafeteria at Toride Kita-Soma Health Medical Center in Toride, Ibaraki. You will support qualified chefs and dietitians by handling food prep, plating, and serving meals tailored to each patient's medical needs. The hospital uses an original recipe system and a new cooking system to deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic meals to patients. No cooking experience or qualifications are required — staff receive thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and step-by-step guidance from full-time employees. Shifts run from the afternoon into the early evening, and the late shift earns an additional 200 yen per hour from 18:00. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available for shifts from January 2026 onward, subject to conditions. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided within company rules.
