Job Description:
This is a kitchen support role at a care facility in Kasama, Ibaraki, operated by Nisshin Medical Food. You will assist with plating and portioning meals, serving and clearing dishes, washing kitchen equipment, food prep, and light cooking tasks such as simmering, grilling, and frying. Work is structured around fixed meal service times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), making for a regular and predictable schedule. All tasks are kitchen-based with no customer-facing duties, making it a good fit for those who prefer steady, focused work over service roles. No experience or qualifications are required — senior staff will guide you from simple tasks upward, and the team environment makes it easy to ask questions.
