Job Description:
This is a fruit juice shop staff role at Kajukobo Karin inside Aeon Mall Shin-Rifu North Wing in Rifu-cho, Miyagi. You will handle cashier and counter service, juice preparation and serving, fruit prep, and general store cleaning. The shop uses only carefully selected ripe fruit prepared fresh to order — no prior food or beverage experience is needed. Senior staff provide thorough training (研修 kenshuu), and the workplace welcomes a wide range of ages from high school students to those in their 50s. Afternoon and evening shifts are available on weekdays from 14:00 and on weekends from 12:00, with weekend-only schedules also accepted. No resume required. Employee parking is available on-site (2,000 yen per month personal charge). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided within company rules. Note: those wishing to work from 16:00 onward must be available through to closing time (21:30).
Wage:
1,040円 (per hour)
Post-training rate 1,050円 or above (varies by experience and skill); salary increase via in-house grading system (annual performance review); high school student rate 1,050円 or above (training 1,040円 or above)
